The rental fee typically includes access to the event space, tables and chairs, basic lighting and sound equipment, and on-site staff support. Additional services and equipment can be arranged for an extra fee.

We recommend booking the venue as early as possible, especially for popular dates, to ensure availability. Ideally, bookings should be made 6-12 months in advance for larger events.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before the event. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 60 days of the event, additional cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to our full cancellation policy in your contract.
